Studio Awards
Recognizing the studios and choreographers that bring extraordinary artistry to Intrigue every season.
True Producer
Studios competing in multiple genres with at least 20 group entries qualify.
Intrigue's ultimate studio award. The highest-scoring entry from each qualified studio receives this honor.
Rewards
- All competing dancers in the winning entry receive free access to current season Nationals convention classes
- 20% off Nationals registration for the winning entry — applies only to the same entry with the same dancers that won regionally, and only if that entry is competing at Nationals
Qualifying studios can only be awarded with either the True Director or True Producer award per event. Award is non-transferable: the dancers redeeming the benefit at Nationals must be the same dancers who competed in the Regional winning entry, and the dancer count must match the winning entry exactly.
True Director
Studios competing in multiple genres with at least 15 group entries qualify.
Intrigue's VIP studio award for the highest-scoring entry from qualified studios.

- 20% off Nationals registration for the winning entry — applies only to the same entry with the same dancers that won regionally, and only if that entry is competing at Nationals

Visionary Award
Studios with at least 20 group entries at a single regional event automatically qualify.
Awarded for the most creative and breathtaking group performance. Winners perform at the Showcase with custom lighting designed by the choreographer, teacher, or studio owner.
Rewards
- Performance at the Showcase with custom lighting design (limited to 7 cues)
- Lighting paperwork must be turned in by the given deadline
Studios winning the Visionary Award will be ineligible for Judges' Choice.
Judges' Choice
Studios bringing a minimum of 15 entries (including at least 7 group entries) are automatically guaranteed a Judges' Choice Award.
Handpicked by the judge panel. Winners perform at the Showcase.

Studios winning the Visionary Award will be ineligible for Judges' Choice.
Choreography Awards
Open to all competing group entries.
Best overall group entry choreographers from each age division honored separately. We understand choreographing for each age division has its own set of challenges and triumphs.
